From Early Year’s provision, through Primary, Secondary, SEND, Further and Higher education, DB3 has designed and implemented schemes that seek to raise educational standards.
We are experienced across the full range of procurement options including BSF, Academies Framework, PPP and Design and Build and have provided advice on the applicability of DfE Building Bulletins and SSLD.
We have provided seminars for Local Authorities and key construction professionals on changes to the Building Bulletins and trends in education design.

We have a track record of working on University and College capital projects dating back more than 25 years. We have worked on projects with the University of Huddersfield, University of Westminster, University of York, Swansea University, Cardiff University, Warwickshire College Group, Leeds University and Leeds College of Music to name a few.
