In-house Management System IQMS
The web based system IQMS is a collaborative information management system developed in-house by DB3 to meet our need to secure our digital assets and more tightly manage project development.
IQMS is ISO9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO14001:2015 (Environmental Management) accredited and enable us to maintain version and revision control of digital assets and enforce quality standards. It also closely integrates with CAD file formats.
Project managers can ‘share’ certain portions of a project with selected clients and contractors who can then directly access files using a simplified interface through our secure extranet. In this way we can ensure the smooth running of the project through to a successful outcome.

We utilise a number of key industry standard applications for Architectural design, Building Information Modelling (BIM), visualisation and communication.
Our investment in the latest technology allows for 3D digital survey, the production of full Building Information Models, high quality visualisations and accurate CAD drawings in both 2D and 3D.
