Getting started on the Procure Partnership Framework

Getting started on the Procure Partnership Framework

Established to support public sector bodies to procure both contractor and professional services partners, the Procure Partnerships Framework (Professional Services) Agreement is divided regionally to achieve local delivery with national governance. From a tender of over 400 practices, suppliers were appointed in eleven disciplines including Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Fire Engineering as well as Architectural Design and MEP Design for which DB3 were selected in specific regions.

The framework also drives and monitors social impact, with each project needing to create at least 12% of its GMP value in additional social benefit.

Upon successful completion of a business case form, public sector bodies can directly appoint DB3 from the framework for Architectural and/or MEP Design Services in our given regions.
