MIPIM 2022

2022 sees the return of MIPIM, the world’s leading real estate event.  With global travel opening up, the conference promises to be jam packed with a full four-day programme of speeches, panels, awards and in-person networking events!

The team at DB3 has not attended MIPIM for a number of years. This year Nathan and Tom will be travelling to Cannes on a reconnaissance mission during the week of MIPIM to help understand what the conference is all about and decide on future attendance.  With MIPIM veteran, Charlotte, alongside they’ll be in good hands!

Best of all, the visit to Cannes presents an opportunity to meet with new and familiar faces. The DB3 team are staying in Cannes for the weekend and we look forward to welcoming guests to Après by DB3 on Saturday 19th March – please email us at marketing@DB3group.com to be added to the invitation list.

Driving Urban Change

Driving Urban Change

This year’s MIPIM theme is “Driving Urban Change” – focussing on transforming the space in which we live, work and play to realise a more sustainable and prosperous future.  Former President of the French Republic, François Hollande, will be giving the keynote speech and sharing his thoughts on the big issues facing the industry and society.

Green is the New Black

We are certain that one of the key agenda items will be ESG (environmental, social and governance). With the focus of funders and developers shifting to ESG, the environmental aspects of the built environment are driving better decisions for development on a global scale.  As signatories of the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge, DB3 are keen to engage with contacts on this topic to find the best solutions for future development.
