MIPIM 2026

During the second week in March, MIPIM – The Global Urban Festival – is taking place in Cannes.

Across the week, thousands of industry professionals come together to exchange ideas and build lasting relationships. This year’s programme focuses on how real estate is evolving through technology, sustainability and major infrastructure, including the launch of MIPIM’s first dedicated Data Centre Summit.
