Alistair Hamilton has operated at Director level for both Contractor and Consultancy based companies for most of his working life which spans 40 years. Accredited under the Association for Project Management ‘Certificated Project Manager’ scheme, Alistair has merged his management skill with his Architectural knowledge, which has helped him drive the business forward on the basis of continued improvement, investment in new technology and exceptional service aimed at creating best value for our many clients.
Throughout his career Alistair has gained vast knowledge and has an extensive track record of major account management as well as the management of individual projects. This experience includes completion of projects – new build and refurbishment – for major residential, retail and mixed use developments.
Alistair has also developed particular expertise with the use of modern methods of construction, including off-site methodologies.
Alistair has also been responsible for the development of the companies Project Management procedures, which operates under the firms BS ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system and has worked alongside the companies Software developers to roll out our IQMS Business Management System.
Alistair’s Project Management credentials include skills in Programme Management, Procurement Management, Health & Safety Management, Cost Management, Design Management, Quality Management and Environmental Management. Additionally, he has been responsible for driving the firm’s strategy and systems for Building Information Modelling and the introduction of Autodesk Revit Design platform throughout the business.
