Based at DB3 London studio since 2015, Fernando Guarinos has worked on a whole range of projects both in the retail and residential sector. Having studied Architecture at University he took some time out working in alternative industries before returning to the Built Environment and applying his gained strengths to his current position.

Fernando is a huge film fan and loves everything from psychological thrillers to action films to comedies. Other than sitting and staring at a screen all day, he also enjoys training at the gym and when the weather is nice he loves meeting friends for drinks, meals and absorbing many of the different cultures we have the privilege of living amongst within London.
