Isabella Webb joined the business in 2019, as a core part of both the Cardiff and Aberystwyth offices. During the pandemic, she led an online service offering within DB3 Group for our residential clients. As a result of this innovation, she won a place on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 2022 list.

Since then, Isabella has progressed within the business to deliver a strategic role. Now our Head of Operational Compliance & Improvement for DB3 Group, she currently manages our compliance with ISO 9001 – Quality and 14001 – Environmental Management and internal processes, as well as operational improvements such as Project Debriefs, an Opportunities and Risks register, and staff learning.

In her spare time, Isabella enjoys art, reading, and good food.
