Jen Spencer

Jen Spencer is our Head of Client Experience and is passionate about ensuring clients across the DB3 Groups receive consistently excellent service and genuinely positive experiences. Under the DB3 umbrella, Jen also handles sales for online residential architects Home & Maker as well as for Formation 3D who deliver aerial visual services.

With a decade of experience creating stimulating customer environments – previously launching and operating showrooms for online interiors retailer MADE.COM – Jen cares deeply about the client journey, finding creative ways to address client challenges and building lasting relationships.

When not working, Jen can be found curled in an armchair reading Haruki Murakami. Her favourite musician is the late Jason Molina. Jen loves life drawing and recently took up woodwork. She thinks she met Meatloaf once in a bar in Amsterdam. Small animals have been known to make her cry. There is a compartment in her fridge that Jen refers to as ‘Cheese City’, where no less than seven types of cheese reside at any given time.
