Laura is part of our Strategic Growth team, where she plays a key role in driving business growth and strengthening client relationships.

Laura has worked in Business Development and Account Management for over 25 years’. Prior to joining DB3, Laura worked in the civils sector, working with delivery partners such as Mace, BAM Nuttall, Sir Robert McAlpine, Atkins, Mott McDonald and Siemens.

Working closely with our Business Development Director, Charlotte Scaife, Laura focuses on developing opportunities in our target markets and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring these align with both our short and long term business goals.

Outside of work, Laura’s usually exploring with her family and dogs. She’s a big reader (anything by Richard Osman) and a self-confessed foodie, as long as mushrooms and baked beans aren’t involved. Give her good cheese, a glass of red wine and a sharp sense of humour and she’s happy.
