Based at our Cardiff Studio, Nathan Liu is a qualified Architect with experience spanning heritage conservation, education and industrial projects. Before joining DB3, Nathan worked in Hong Kong. Since joining the practice, he has contributed to a wide range of projects including the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Allensbank School, Pembrokeshire Food Park, National Museum Wales projects at Big Pit and St Fagans, Oakdale Workmen’s Institute and the Joint Archives project in Mold.
Nathan has also worked on education projects including Gower College, Hampton Dene Primary School and the transformation of Fitzalan High School into a Pupil Referral Unit, alongside regeneration schemes such as Taff Street Public Realm and the refurbishment of Llys Cadwyn. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing badminton and building models.
