Nathan brings extensive expertise in managing diverse international projects, ranging from hyper-scale data centres to commercial and residential schemes. Armed with a strong background in Engineering and Management, Nathan first joined DB3 in 2008 and later re-joined the company in 2020. Since his return, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, leading the transformation into an Employee Ownership Trust.
Nathan is a passionate advocate for the construction industry’s low-carbon agenda. He actively champions the development of DB3’s Net Zero sector and serves as a driving force behind various climate initiatives. He works closely with framework partners to deliver total embodied carbon traceability, city electrification, and clean energy production tactics. Notably, he is engaged in lobbying the government on matters such as RIBA’s Climate Challenge and advocates for tax benefits to support Retrofit projects.
