Steve leads DB3’s Professional Services team, bringing over 20 years’ experience across both the public and private sectors. A qualified Architectural Technologist, he is a strong advocate for best practice and plays a key role in helping teams understand and apply the requirements of the Building Safety Act.

He is central to DB3’s HRB remediation work and is currently involved in the largest HRB remediation scheme in Europe, supporting the delivery of safer, compliant buildings at scale. Alongside this, Steve has led projects across a wide range of sectors, including Commercial, Education with a particular focus on SEND, Energy, Healthcare, Heritage and Culture, Hospitality, Retail and Sports and Leisure, supporting schemes from early concept through to completion.

Outside of work, Steve is a keen photographer and enjoys travelling the country in search of standout scenic shots.
