A New Home for Blackstone

DB3 partnered with Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, to expand its headquarters at Berkeley Square House. This project involved transforming Level 3 into a modern, cohesive workspace that complements Blackstone’s existing offices on Levels 4 and 6.

This expansion is part of a 226,000 sq ft transformation of the building, converting the former Lansdowne House into Blackstone’s new European headquarters.

At its heart is the central hub – a space where team members can come together to socialise, enjoy meals, and collaborate, creating a dynamic environment that supports agile, interactive working.
