Working with us

Our designs are customised to today’s requirements and adaptable for future needs as science evolves. We work closely with our client to achieve the desired outcomes and deliver facilities to house specialist equipment and operation.

Co-ordinating inputs from around the globe, integrating specialist manufacturing and process machinery, our teams ensure smooth transition from initial concept to efficient operation.

Cleanroom Designs for Dust Free Environments

Cleanroom Designs for Dust Free Environments

We possess experience and skills developed through working with major pharmaceutical and production companies worldwide to create controlled and clean environment facilities.

Materials used in the design of each facility, are carefully selected to create a clean environment, which are absolutely essential in this sector. Depending on the brief these could for example include homogeneous finishes, static dissipative surfaces preventing an electrical charge build-up, or full laminar air flow.

Air Pressure Regimes

Air Pressure Regimes

Other key consideration for some clients are air pressure regimes to ensure a safe, secure and unquestionable environment.

Our “Positive Pressure” designs incorporate the prevention of outdoor air contaminating the essential sterile laboratory environment. In reverse, “Negative Pressure” containing and encapsulating dangerous materials either within a safety cabinet, Fume Cupboard or the laboratory environment itself, are all consideration taken into account during the design process to prevent materials from escaping.
