DB3 named supplier for a 10-year consultancy framework worth £550m

DB3 Architecture is proud to announce that we have secured a place in round 1 on the Tower Hamlets DPS for the Commissioning of Construction Consultancy Services for:

  • Lot A Architecture and Design
  • Lot J MEP
  • Lot K Principal Designer

Coming into force this autumn, this £550m consultancy framework for the east London borough Tower Hamlet will deliver new-build projects. This long term arrangement will run until September 2030.

The DPS has been made available to all local authorities in England and Wales.

The dynamic purchasing system (DPS) was established to provide a facility for the commissioning of construction and which comprise consultancy services primarily – but not exclusively – supporting the construction of:

  • New build housing including (but not limited to) flats and houses for social and mixed tenure occupation on brownfield, greenfield and infill sites.
  • Education Construction Projects
  • Regeneration Scheme Projects
  • General Building and Maintenance Works
